I contacted NMP water systems after seeing their great reviews on Angie's list. We were new to the area and knew the water in our town was hard but weren't sure about the quality of it until it was tested. Tim came over the very next day after I contacted him, tested the water and went through several options that we could do to improve our water quality. He had a book with pictures of jobs he'd done prior and in depth details of what the different systems would do and how they would work. I had questions about salt free softeners which I had read about and he answered me honestly about these system's positives and negatives. I feel he was sincere in his efforts to help me make the best decision for my family's needs. Once we decided on what system to take he was over the next Monday installing. By the end of the day we had great water! The bill was for the exact price he had quoted us. We are very pleased with both the quality of product and service NMP water systems provided and would recommend them warmly.

We just moved into a house from an area that had terrific water. I noticed immediately that the water in the new house was just awful. We had emergency plumbing work done and that contractor was familiar with our area and told us not to drink the water and to certainly not give any to our infant son. I initially thought I needed a filter AND a water softener. I contacted NMP based on the reviews on Angie's List. Tim called me back almost immediately and came to our home early on a Saturday morning to accommodate our work schedules and the baby's nap schedule. He didn't try to oversell us and said we didn't need a softener at all and that the filter would be enough. We discussed his estimate and he even worked with us regarding payment; we contracted on the spot. Tim showed up promptly on work day with one fabulous employee. Both were so professional and dedicated to a job well done. When the job was complete, Tim walked us through how everything worked and we set a time for him to come back out to the house in a couple of weeks just to see how everything was working. The materials are made in America and Tim's work ethic is top notch. Oh, and our water is now WONDERFUL! I thought my son just didn't like baths and getting water in his eyes. It breaks my heart but I'm so grateful that now I know it was the chlorinated water that was hurting him. Now I can't get him out of the tub! I can't recommend NMP highly enough. Just awesome.

Tim Van Overloop, the owner of NMP Water Systems came to our house as promised and gave us a detailed estimate as to the cost of performing the above mentioned work. He and his employees were the most professional peopel to work with and did an excellent job. The men cleaned up at the end of every day and were most personable. I would recommend Tim and his company to anyone who would be in need of a water system. Through Angie's LIst we were given a 20% discount off certain aspects of the job. All in all, it was a very good experience.

I have been living in house for 20 years. I have had two or three other water companies come in and try to clean up and give me proper PH levels. They always seem to be struggling with it. NMP came out and did a great job.
It has been a year now and every time I check the PH it is correct. I would highly recommend them. They were excellent.

We have well water form a 220 foot deep well. The water delivered to the faucets had sediment, sand, the wrong PH, the water was hard and had too high a content of iron. My previous water system did not take care of all these problems. Tim gave me an estimate that was in the middle range of the few I had received. He sounded knowledgeable. A week after I accepted his plan he installed the total system including a reverse osmosis system for drinking water. Now the coffee is great. Five stars to N.M.P. and their water-filtering system!
We live on the Jersey shore, and we’ve been enduring metal-laden, chlorine-filled water in our home for years. We talked with Tim after tiring of buying bottled water and using store-bought water filters that do nothing. But the real push came when I realized that my salon-colored hair was being ravaged by the water, despite the shampoos for color-treated hair and more frequent salon visits. When I resorted to washing and rinsing my hair with bottled distilled water, I saw the difference immediately. My husband called Tim.
